Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of Groups.Tours, operated by Groups.Tours (the "Company", "we"), an Israeli company. By using the service you agree to them.

1. The service

Groups.Tours is a tool for planning and managing group trips. We are not a travel agency or tour operator, and we do not provide travel services ourselves unless explicitly stated.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 18 (or have a parent/guardian's consent) and provide accurate details. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login secure.

3. Organizers and members

Trips, itineraries, prices and charges are set by group organizers. Any agreement regarding a trip is between the organizer and the members. The Company is not responsible for the organizer's conduct, trip quality, cancellations or refunds.

4. Third-party providers and links

The platform may link to flights, hotels, car rental, insurance and other partners, and we may earn a commission. Purchases are made with the third party under its own terms; we do not guarantee prices, availability or accuracy.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Fees, if any, are displayed before payment. Refunds are subject to the organizer's and provider's policies and applicable consumer law.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the service unlawfully, upload harmful or infringing content, harass others, scrape or disrupt the platform, or attempt to access others' data.

7. Your content

You keep ownership of content you upload and grant us a limited license to host and display it as needed to operate the service.

8. Intellectual property

The platform, brand, design and code are owned by the Company or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". Travel carries inherent risks. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for events outside its control. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited under mandatory consumer law.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence.

11. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after an update means acceptance. Material changes will be announced on the site.

12. Bookings, prices, documents and AI content

Prices shown (flights, hotels, car rental and others) are estimates from third parties, may change at any time and may exclude airport or city taxes, resort fees, baggage, insurance, deposits and other charges. Bookings are completed on the provider's site; changes, cancellations and refunds are governed by its terms, and customers must follow updates directly with the provider. Entry requirements, visas and passport validity are the traveller's responsibility. AI-generated content and automatic document reading may be inaccurate and must be verified. The SOS feature alerts group members only and does not replace local emergency services.
